Terms of engagement
Last updated: 30 July 2026
1. Acceptance
By using https://sysdatastream.digital (the “Site”) or engaging SysData Stream for professional services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or request an engagement.
2. Who we are
SysData Stream provides professional assessments and facilitated sessions related to streaming application analytics, real-time event flow, and anomaly detection. Contact details appear on the Contact page. The Site is informational and does not itself complete a paid contract until a separate written proposal or statement of work is accepted.
3. Informational pricing
Rates published on the Site are indicative. They are not an offer to sell software subscriptions or a checkout. Binding fees, scope, and timelines appear only in a written engagement confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create remain owned by SysData Stream or their respective owners. Engagement deliverables (such as findings memos and flow maps) are licensed to the client for internal use as described in the statement of work. You may not republish Site content for commercial purposes without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access to systems, submit unlawful content through forms, or misrepresent your identity when inquiring about engagements.
6. Professional limitations
Assessments depend on the access and information you provide. We do not warrant that every anomaly will be found, that recommendations will eliminate incidents, or that third-party systems will behave as documented. Findings are professional opinions as of the engagement dates.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, SysData Stream is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use or from reliance on informational content. For paid engagements, liability caps and remedies are stated in the applicable statement of work. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Korean law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
